What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
So, I was at 16/20 cubs bred yesterday and I thought I fed every lion with a lightning bolt on them. Apparently not, because 3 lions left including 2 that were the mothers of 2 of my Crested cubs. I was able to reclaim them and I thought it would be at 20/20 after the reclaim, but nope. These 2 Crested cubs that were born today didn't get counted because of the reclaim that happened:

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1) I thought I fed all of my lionesses, but I didn't
2) After RO, I had to reclaim them
3) After reclaiming, 2 of my Crested cubs were counted and 2 were not counted.
