Some bases that take inspiration from endangered animals! I think these could tie in well with the March Event.

Based on a Przewalski’s horse.

"Asinus" or “Wild Ass” - Black Light Solid

It's another equine, this time based on the critically endangered African wild ass. I omitted the leg stripes to more easily integrate markings.

"Pinniped" or “Monachus” - Black Medium Countershaded

Based on a Mediterranean monk seal. I think this could work as a combo base, with some possible factors being Frostbitten and Ice?

Based on the undercoat of a lynx, more specifically the Iberian lynx.

"Lammergeir" or "Scavenger" - Golden Medium Countershaded

Based on this month(August)'s event! Maybe a future Maneater base, or an Event Shop applicator in either August or January?

"Vaquita" - Black Medium Countershaded

Suggested by Mots - Shark Lover (#5378) The Vaquita is a critically endangered porpoise with possibly no more than 10 individuals left :( Translating a marine animal's colors onto a lion is tricky, but I hope I did them justice.
