I just completed my 2nd NCL quest (claim 50 NCLs) and was rewarded to 100% energy boost. The problem is that I was at 95% energy, so I only got a 5% energy boost. I suggesting that we add a warning to the NCL quest not to turn it in until you are at 0% energy, as you get basically nothing as a reward.
