it was kind of nerve-racking, but I did it! I started almost a week before the end of the event and I had to explore like crazy to get the currency, besides making commissions for apps, etc, but it was worth it, I think she turned out to be really beautiful!

Alectrona



Lore: Alectrona, Goddes of Sunrise.
Alectrona means ‘amber, shining, iridescent’. Daughter of the titan lord of the sun, Helios, and Rhode, a nymph, Alectrona beautifully lives up to her name and heritage. Not much is known about her, much because of her mysterious, yet elegant, way. Her focused, kind personality is essential for her to perform her most important function: waking up living beings for another day with her light. The sunrise is stamped on her fur, in her eyes, in the flames that permeate her back. She dispels the darkness and protects everyone with her warth and glow.
The sunset also marks her life, as all things also need balance and time to rest. If the sun never set, it would never rise. Alectrona understands that balance and plays her part in it with honor.
Surrounded by celestial beings of power and jewelry, she died a hero on the Island of Rhodes, where her mother was from. Her spirit lives on, though, always doing her most important job.

Monan



Lore: Monan, the Vengeful Creator
Once, when the world was harmonious and people were fair and good, Monan lived among humans. But then, when humans grew hateful and malicious, Monan sent a flood of fire to cleanse the Earth. That created mountains and cliffs. Irin-magé was the only one alive, and he was able to convince Monan to give humanity a second chance. So he did, and Irin-magé had a son with a woman made only for that. That son was Maire-monan and, as Monan, he had the power to create animals to roam the planet. Because of that humanity burned Maire-monan: they were scared of his powers. As the flames consumed Maire-monan, another flood came down and washed the Earth again. After almost a millennium Monan still can't belive what humans are doing to his beloved planet: killing wildlife, burning down entire forests to make room for pastures, destroying their home and that of the animals! Enraged, he came down as a jaguar. His fur took different colors to show his divinity and his eyes became intense gold to show his determination. He became the guardian of all of Brasil's animals and swears to defend them with his life against the humans that proved so unworthy of his trust.

OMG why do all the events need to be so stressfull?! XD This time I was stressed because we didn't unlock Tier 4 in time so the admins unlocked it in the middle of the afternoon of the last day. Even so I'm really glad with how they turned out! I liked all the markings and the eye colors!
There is one lioness for the Harbinger and another for the real event (I really love the Harbinger style!).

Lore: Menhit, Goddess of War.
Menhit, or "she who massacres", led the pharaoh's troops to battle with pride. Cutting down her enemies with fiery arrows, she felt most alive when surrounded by death and chaos. Her whole life was fighting, and feeling the enemies' blood drip on her armor while watching the life disappear from their eyes.
She is almost always confused with or associated to other deities, but she doesn't really mind. What matters to her is the ferocious sound of weapons clashing and the glory of killing. She earned her name, The Slaughterer, that way. And no other way feels better for her...

Kayamanan



Lore: Kayamanan, Goddess of Wealth
Walking across the field covered by the plague she had inflicted minutes before, Kayamanan thought how betrayed and humiliated she felt. She had come down to Earth willingly to help this couple in need, and a few months later she was threatened with death. How could they...
The half-starved couple, who prayed all the time and were devout, had let greed consume them after Kayamanan had given them her blessing: wealth. All their crops began to grow instantly and the granary was filled with rice. After becoming the richest family in the village, they stopped praying and became disgusted with the poor. When Kayamanan came down disguised as a beggar and asked for some food, they threatened to release the dogs to kill her. Kaya then turned every grain of rice into locusts that would be a constant pest in their crops.
She thought about the feeling of greed while walking amongst the crops, about how, being the goddess of fortune, she had everything and yet would never deny food to someone in need. And she thought, finally, how humans really are monsters...

Her friends call her Happiness, and Kakia is a nickname among those who hate her. At least that's what she told Hercules, after telling him not to abstain from anything that might bring him gain. Kakia was always smart and tempted all weaker souls to selfish and evil actions, and relished their weakness. She felt powerful, and she really was. A true force of chaos that feeds on the sins of others. The future of humanity, she believes, is to be all hers.

Lore: Strenia, Goddess of New Year
Strenia, being the goddess of the new year, obviously loved December. She liked giving presents and seeing smiles, the sparkle in the children's eyes, seeing all that hope for change and improvement in the coming year. Her very name means wellfare, and she tried to extend that to all living beings, especially in this joyous time. She knows we all need a good ending to a tough year, a sense of completion. Strenia goes around, delivering gifts and spreading hope. Everyone in your path feels better for it, and I do hope you can find her too!

I really hate how this event use Silver Beetles and I can't design a lioness before-hand because I don't know the decor items I'm gonna get with digging. Ugh. I'm not using SB because I don't have enough, so I'll just try to make a design and then try to find something close to it by digging? I guess.
I also had the awesome luck to claim a posed NCL with no markings, but I think I'll keep her for February. This month's event is just not really worth it decor-wise, specially with how we get the decor.
Oh well.
PS: I actually found a lot of this event's decor on my hoard from last year and I am going to use that in order to make it easier (so I don't have to dig everything up or buy from other players if I can't find it) and to save some cutrency for myself to buy lion meat and primal mods!

Limos



Lore: Limos, Goddess of Hunger
In her barren home, Limos wanders. Seeing that nothing could grow there because of her, she often blames herself, though she does thinks the bones scattered there are good decoration. Sometimes she wanted to be Demeter, the goddess of the harvest, so she could live in lush, green fields. But when she remembers when Demeter herself asked for her help in taking revenge on the city of Erysichthon, she remembers her power. Hunger is one of the deadliest pests, and she can control it. As she wanders around, Limos thinks how good it is to be her...

Bought a lioness for 50sb with two event markings and maroon eyes! Got a little sad about spending so much HS because it's the best event in the whole year but loved how she turned out! And because it's my favorite event (even though I hate how explicit it can be in explore encounters) I chose to make her lore about one of my country's religions

Rosa Caveira



Lore: Rosa Caveira, Goddess of Lust
She had several names: Pomba Gira, Dama da Noite, Maria Quitéria, Rainha do Cemitério... and so many more, because each person she possessed made her act differently and so she had multiple personalities. Still, most were considered vulgar and promiscuous. Of course, that wasn't how Rosa Caveira saw herself: she celebrated love and sexuality, the hot, pleasurable moments that color life. She knew that everyone deserved that joy. Even though she was judged by everyone, she was still a happy, gorgeous and fierce woman, and many respected her and knew of her great wrath. Always intense, she helped those who wanted aid in matters of the heart with great passion and made their lives rosy again!
