What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I just retired my old king yesterday who was wearing several decors and a background. Everything had full uses when I equipped them to him. Upon retirement, all of his decor and background were automatically removed, which wouldn't be a problem except that everything that was equipped lost 2 uses instead of 1. It's really frustrating because it's all special event decor.

This is the second time I've had this happen. The same thing happened to the second king of my main account.

Items that were affected:
Fiend Horns
Lich Eyes
Grace of the Lich
Shadow Feline Friend
Event Scar: Demonic Sigil
Perseid Storm

Unfortunately I didn't take screenshots before I retired him. All of his old decor is in my inventory though.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Any decor equipped to a king who is retired loses 2 uses instead of 1 when it's removed and put in your inventory automatically. This also happened to me in 2019.
