For context, I am a FtM trans man, and I have several triggers for dysphoria- one of which being pregnancy. Especially pregnancy visuals.
I brought this up in a discord server while we were discussing some suggestions that other users have made. And quite a few people who were also in a similar situation as myself agreed.

On your den page, there's already an option to turn off Pregnancy Visuals on your lions, which, as far as I am aware, disables the pregnancy visuals showing on the dens of users that have it turned off. However, there isn't a way to block it site-wide. It seems fairly simple enough, since we can do it on our own dens in the first place, and I believe it could be very helpful to me & other people who have this issue ^^;
You could say "pregnancy is a natural thing". Yes, while it is, it doesn't stop people from having triggers. A lot of things are natural. Say, the February event. But a lot of people have genuine triggers and it makes them very uncomfortable, including myself and the others I have talked to.

TL;DR -
An option to turn off all pregnancy visuals everywhere, not just on your own den.
