(Only the primary type of the Pokémon counts towards where they can be found. i.e Skarmory is Steel/Flying whilst Corviknight is Flying/Steel, thus, Skarmory can only be found in Spires of Rage and Corviknight can only be found in Cloud Caverns.)


Cloud Caverns
A cluster of clouds have somehow formed into a complex channel of caverns. It's quite the beautiful view from up there, no wonder its inhabitants defend this sanctuary so fervidly.
Fairy, Water, Flying, Bug, Grass, Ground-Types can be found here.


Blissful Valley
Pokémon suffering from intense nightmares come here to remedy it with the fumes released from the craters which are infused with Psychic power. The inhabitants here are adept at hypnosis!
Fire, Ice, Poison, Psychic, Ghost, Normal-Types can be found here.


Spires of Rage
The red lightning is said to be caused by a culmination of negative emotions from the Pokémon living in the spires. Only the strong-willed can reside here.
Dragon, Fighting, Steel, Electric, Rock, Dark-Types can be found here.
