Sorry, no support. Hybrids are supposed to be hard to obtain, they're something you work to obtain in this game. Theres no need for them to get a boost, it would just decrease their value.

Besides buffies already give hybrids a boost. It basically raises your chance of getting a hybrid 3x so there's no need for another item to boost on top of that. ^^

I Agre with sleepytea! I personally don´t understand very much your shown idea and specially with the tittle? Does it mean you are proposing a new item? But just alone the idea of increasing the chances on getting Hybrids would devalue the market for them. Aside from the Buffy Ball, there are other items like GMO Cow that is an item that increase the chance of getting a mutie cubbin in general (Is not exactly 100 % but is a very high chance but you must consider that you can get any mutie: Hybrid, Blind, Foldy, Achromia, etc.) and there also Lion Meat that increases the chances (not as high as GMO Cow but more than CRB that is 1%, I think it has that 5% you are asking for but again is for any mute not just for Hybrid) wich personally I used in every breeding to my Pons and I can say that not in every breeding I get a Pon but it helps to increase the chances. And the Final factor is luck, I had a Pon baby that would give me one in certain breeings from time to time and other that I think give me just 1 (Or non Pon I think but gave me plenty of other muties ) So for this things I don´t think there needs to be a change in the porcentages, as much as I share your sadness when not getting a Hybrid I think they are fairly passable and only a real challenge if you are looking for specific base, eye color, markings, etc. or looking for a First Gen Hybrid. Also as above, getting one is "something you work to obtain in this game", to get the items and/or to buy a Hybrid and items to breed them with. So it´s a no support for me too
