Primals are so common that unfortunately they aren't worth much unless they have other factors that increase their value like high stats/breed-only base/etc. From the looks of the TC right now there are a bunch of comparable G2/3 primal cubs and adols for only about 1000SB or 1GB, so he wouldn't be worth more than that imo. Or maybe a bit less since he's almost an adult, and once muties can no longer be sex-changed that limits the buyer's options.

In terms of stud fees I'd probably put him at the minimum allowed (which would depend how many markings he ended up with - 25SB per marking), and see how that goes in terms of interest.
