What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Constant logging out What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. Error: You have been logged out due to an excess of changes in IP addresses. If you are using a VPN or proxy we recommend changing your settings, or cease using it. I don't use a VPN or proxy, I only play on my cellphone in the same browser everytime (chrome, Idk if it matters) Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. In case anyone else is having this issue, this is the response that I got from mods; Thank you for contacting us. Aside from a VPN, this issue can also be caused by an unstable internet connection. Should this reoccur, please check your internet settings or contact your provider to fix it. We can unfortunately not help with this on our end. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Thanks Stemny. It just started happening to me. In the span on less than 5 minutes I got kicked off twice. 1st trying to support a suggestion and the 2nd time trying to comment on it. I'm currently at work with my mobile data on. At home I have WIFI but when not home I switch on my phone's mobile data. Never had this happen until now. Also it happened a 3rd time with it being me trying to comment this. This time my pride got moved into the chat box?! Error notification here Proof of pride in chat box here Edit: I just hunted and patrolled with no issues. So far it only happens to me when forum threads are involved. 0 players like this post! I definitely think it was happening to me because of an unstable connection. My home WiFi has been out and my wireless data was being throttled. Since my new data cycle started I haven't had the error. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ah ok. I recently found out it's been raining cats and dogs outside so maybe that's why it's happening to me all of a sudden. The arrows in the mobile data icon have been flashing now that I take a closer look. My ride just got off work so I'll be home soon. I'll switch to WIFI when I do and see if there's any change. 0 players like this post! Like? |
