No one will use my name or pronouns, and I am sure you guys know that most how that can just be annoying. I have anxiety and depression so it's been a spiralling path to su!side thoughts

thats awful to hear, i hope you get a support group to help
have you tried and mention it to the people in your life about using the correct name and pronouns? if you have and they still do it on purpose im so sorry, i do know that everyone here will respect your chosen name and your pronouns

i think if your name and pronouns start to get use it should help with your mental health, are you receiving therapy to help?

if your not comfortable to answer some questions thats fine and understandable

I have asked about five times in a sit down conversation of please use my pronouns. They have known about them for long enough to at least try.
I am receiving a bit of therapy but it's not helping much. It's all a bit overwhelming really

thats awful to hear that they're still disrespecting you
do you roughly know why your therapy isn't helping as much as it could? is it cause the therapist is hard to get get along with or something else?


I'm going to say now, that i'm not sure on what else i can say to help, i wish i can help you get out of this tough time; although i can get that mental health have fluatations, and its is perfectly understandable to have those harder days
on these harder days, it's alright not to be able to everything you think you should be doing that day, sometimes its better for you to just do nothing until you can mental can do

I'm not much of an expert within this area myself, there are many different labels, many are dependant on how you feel, if you want you can describe how you view yourself and this might help you into finding a more fitting label?
