For adols: broodmother observer or cub sitter, 1~3% training per cub watched per rollover. Has cooldowns and such.

For cubs: beetle sitter, an option in cub training. Maybe you needed someone to watch the beetles while you were out exploring. Same training percentage as the other cub training options.
