Proposal of a Random Mane Marking Applicator

Hello <3

Will get right to the point. All of us have probably spent our GB buying Random Marking Apps only to get a Mane Mark that you can't even see. So I am proposing that all mane marks be shifted to their own Marking Applicator which would honestly encourage a lot of people to RMA their lions as at least now they're "guaranteed" a visible mark.

TLDR: Proposing a Random Mane Marking Applicator that has all the Mane Marks and removing them from the RMA

If no support, feel free to let me know what flaws this idea might have.
