This is very super quick, and i'm not quite sure it's even possible with the way the ticketing system works, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to suggest!

On Custom Decor Submissions, there's a place to input the artist ID, as seen here on the right:



My suggestion would just be to make it multi-purpose!

When the decor is submitted, a notification would come up in the artist's inbox that states the following:



As well as when the decor is accepted or rejected, the artist is notified in a similar way:



Clicking the "here" button lets the artist see the ticket as well. Since Xylax's Custom Decor tickets cannot be responded to, it would not be two people talking to him on the ticket; just being able to view it so both parties remain informed and the commission can be fixed as needed, with changes needing to be made being handed directly to the artist.

This would be leagues better than how it is now, with the artist being completely in the dark until they are re-contacted by the commissioner weeks later with an update, if ever contacted again.
