There are lots of female encounters and a few female/female encounters, but not too many with male lions. I propose adding a few single male encounters or at least encounters where you can flirt with a male lion. It would be awesome to see more gay and lesbian encounters in this event.

Here are a few ways that the encounters could play out

"As you're walking, a male lion walks across your path. Grrr, what does he want?"
-Flirt - "You introduce yourself and inquire what he is doing in your lands. The male responds that he heard a handsome king lived in the area and he just had to see for himself. While you're stunned and blushing, he slips you something with a playful wink." +1-2 heart shells, +2 impression, + 1 frivolous thought.
-Chase away - "It doesn't matter how handsome he said you were, this is strictly a one-lion kingdom. This pretty boy has got to go." +1-2 heart shells

"As you sit there lost in thought, a timid younger lioness approaches you. Embarrassed, she asks if you have any flirting advice that the ladies will enjoy."
-Sure! - "You agree and teach her everything you know. She is thankful and runs off. You see her in the distance meet up with another lioness and after a moment, the two walk away together, nuzzling. Ah, young love." +1-3 heart shells, +2 karma, +1 happy thought
-No way - "She apologizes and walks off. Sorry, but you can't risk anyone stealing away your wives. You see something left on the ground where she had been standing." +1-2 heart shells, -2 karma

"You smell another male lion, and when you follow the scent, you come across a male grooming his mane in the reflection of a waterhole. Look at those luscious locks! You can't just pass by a lion that pretty."
-Compliment mane - "You stroll up and compliment the male on his impeccable grooming skill. He fawns for a moment, admiring himself and thanking you. Before you can continue, he slips something into your paw and lands a peck on your cheek before strutting away. What a Casanova!" +1-4 heart shells, +1 happy thought
-Leave him be - "How self absorbed. You could never imagine spending so much time on your mane. You're perfect already. As you walk away, you see something shiny in the dirt and pick it up." +1-4 heart shells, +1 awkward thought

"You find a handsome young male lion sitting in a field of flowers. Wow, is he pretty! You should say something to him!"
-Flirt - "You walk up to the male and introduce yourself. He smiles and invites you to make flower crowns with him. The two of you have a blast, and he gives you a gift as you part ways." +1-2 heart shells, +1 happy thought, +2 karma
-Confront - "You can't have someone like him strolling around your territory. He might steal your wives! You walk up to the male and inform him that he has to leave. He seems disappointed, but does as you say. You notice something where he was sitting." +1-2 heart shells, +awkward thought, -2 karma.

"You see a maneless lion in the distance, fretting over his appearance in a puddle. He seems sad. Maybe you should say something to him."
- Compliment - "You walk up to him, assuring him that he is handsome, even though he isn't quite as hairy as the rest. He seems to greatly appreciate your kind words and, with a brief nuzzle, leaves you a gift." +2 heart shells, +happy thought, +1 karma.
- Insult - "You want to make sure this lesser lion knows his place in your lands. You flaunt your gorgeous mane in front of him, reminding him that you have charm that he never will. He leaves with his tail between his legs." +2 heart shells, -1 karma.
