When you go to explore and get an event option, the clickable buttons are usually a blue-green. Im suggesting that when the option will lead to a battle, the clickable button will be red.

My reasoning here is that its sometimes hard to tell what option will lead to a battle or not, and its exhausting flipping back and forth between the wiki and explore. This suggestion would make it clear and save the hassle. Its already been done for claimable lionesses, why not expand upon this?
