lioden's official line art doesnt have any of that anatomy showing for lions, so i do not see why this would need to be made.
i know there are a few custom decors out there of ball sacks for leopons and such. perhaps you can make one for a female pose if you are eager to have this in game.

Uhh, i'm transgender and i would feel very uncomfortable putting balls on lions. it's just a little weird in an uncomfy sort of way. I'm sure you can find/comission some custom decor for it if you want, though!

I mean, i'm sure you can find some Custom decor, or order some specifically for this, but you can have transgender lions already via lab test frog and/or the sex changers, and yeah i get its a joke but i doubt it will get implimented in game since as Mewflake said, its not on the original line art
