I want to get references for my OC, Bound!

Here is what I want:

Note that I have commissioned someone to do this, but they couldn't finish it because they were too busy. The next user I commission will continue the art and finish it. I need a user who has about the same art style as the user. I have the psd file so I will send it to the artist I choose. Everything is labeled to make sure that it is easy to navigate.

Required:
- It must be in a realistic-ish style. Just so it matches with the style of Bound right now. Doesn't have to be super realistic, just realistic enough.
- You must be strong with canine anatomy
- You must be strong with drawing the muscles/skeleton of the fullbody canine
- All labeled things in the mockup must be included (the red labels) You have to continue on the lineart that the other artist drew
- The pup version with fur, is a circle icon so it has to be an small fullbody icon
- Name, gender, and other info will be in the middle empty section

Budget: At most 40 30 GB worth (lowered cause the art is halfway done)
