Simple as;

If you're going to give me event notifications, make them a different color and make it so they don't pop up in my inbox (in the case of tournaments)

It's really a simple suggestion, i'm just so tired of seeing messages pop up and thinking they're from trades or messages and in actuality it's just the event letting me know I have a new flirt or a new challenge or a tournament result or whatever. I don't want to turn the entire event off to save myself when it's such an easy fix.
