What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Reptile Roundup

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Reptile Roundup has unlockable levels, as we all know. I have unlocked Flowering Fields a long time ago, during the first April event when it was introduced, finished Wenet's storyline and all. Before rollover I still had the level and snake skin corresponding to it unlocked.
Now, after rollover I leveled to level 16. It unlocked the Maghreb level. And now the Flowering Fields are missing and show as not unlocked. I definitely did finish the April storyline, not only back then, but this year too.

From my user log, to prove I did finish the storyline and got to claim the cousin this year: Chose to try and claim Wenet's Cousin. 2022-04-30 02:05:05

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Collected EXP to get to level 16, leveled up, went to Reptile Roundup to see the unlocked Maghreb level. Then proceeded to see that my Flowering Fields level was missing when it should be there.
