Long story short... This is potentially July base, it could be craftable or something, maybe from cometh pieces and moonlight??? Also I've been suggested combo: Ice x Elysian or Pulsar = Neptune

Base is obviously Neptune inspired and I like blue bases so don't judge me for that.
