This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Harris|Mangrove He blinks- everything happening at once. He shrieks like a cub- being easily taken over. Soon he let his body go limp- accepting his fate, only to find that he was now on the large tigons back. He's a little shocked- unsure of what to do or say- trying to recall what grandpaw howl had taught him- but nothing came to mind. He shivers for a second- surprised he's not dead- his heart pounding against his chest. He whines- scrambling off her back and darting a few paces away from her- tail and pelt high and raised. Oddly enough- he didn't look bigger, just fluffier. " Y-you!" He stammers- face red from embarrassment that he'd been defeated so easily. His tail thrashes behind him- as he sucks in his lips- trying to think of what to say. He stamps the ground- throwing a tiny fit. " URGH! You weird sand stompers are all too strong for your own good! Bunch of- of- meat heads!" He declares in a shrill shriek, Soon panting to try and catch his breath. He honestly hadn't considered she may be playing- after all the trouble these lions had caused him and his family he thought them all to be violent hulking beasts. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kat | Mangroves He watches his father, shaking as they begin to pick themself off the ground, looking down at the water, a tear falling onto the ground below as he sees their reflection- a pitiful, unrecognizable thing. Their fur is messy- blood having already dried into his fur, mixing with the dark greens and orange hues to create an ugly shade of brown, his face looking as if it had been hit by a ton of bricks. They huffed at the sight, backing away, rubbing at his eye to stop their tears, all to no avail as he hiccuped and gasped, finding it hard to stand up, to stand near his father as they continued to cry. At this point, he couldn’t tell how long they had been out there- in the mangroves, how long they had been sobbing, comforting himself, but it felt like ages. They just needed touch, aching for it as they shook in their spot, his cries echoing through the the mangroves, to be heard by all wandering nearby. He just wanted to see his mother again- even if she would do nothing to stand up to her mate, even if she watched as they were beat, he just wanted to be back home, with their family, to have some kind of comfort besides the lion who gave him his scars. 0 players like this post! "Nut'in' much yer can do 'bout it, now Sage," Agatha tries to comfort his cousin. Noticing Harris isn't here training with Grandpaw, Agatha looks around to see if he's resting. Not finding his younger brother, he starts to search around for him, finding it very odd that Harris isn't around. Honey Bush | Adora, Mellow, Lady, Harris Honey smiles at Adora's words. "It was tiring, but it was good experience for the future," Honey purrs. Walking off, her jewels clinking together, she smiles sheepishly at Mellow. She, instead of going to the tree to take a nap, goes off in search of Lady. Following her scent trail, she finds Lady wrestling with a small adolescent with dorsal fur. Honey Bush doesn't recognize this lion, figuring him to be one of the forest lions. "Lady," Honey puffs up to be bigger than she normally is. "Why are you wrestling with this delinquent? Harris|Mangrove he scoffs- rolling his eyes. He walks to the shoreline- sitting a good space away from her. He swipes at the water with a huff. " No I ain't! You just picked me up like a ragdoll! " He reminds her with a pout. " Everybody is stronger than me." He grumbles- taking a smooth pebble and hurling it across the water's surface. It skipped a few times before disappearing into the waves. He sighs- his eyes still focused on the scene in front of him. " I wasn't tryin to play with yew!" He grouches to her- ears pinned. " I was tryin to.. to get yew to shoo!" He admits- shuffling his paws in the sand. " I shouldn't even be talkin wit yew. My family always goes crazy whenever I try to go anywhere outside my family's main lands. " He relents- slumping his shoulders till he was laying on the sand. " Harris, don't go too far in the marshes! Harris- don't climb up too high! Harris- I can't train you today, So I guess you'll be the family's little baby forever!" He mocks- lip curled. Adora | Sleekwater She watched the small lioness go- comforted by the sight of her smile, going over to her cub, Daven, picking him up to see him soar into the air, laughing at the giggles he made. Mellow scoffed at the sight, going over to a small corner to sit with Eris, the dark cub seemed to share her distress and annoyance, having the same unhappy look on his face, the two lions sulking next to each other in peace. That was until Adria found their small “ hide-out “, dragging Eris by his fur, chanting a few annoying words to get the cub mad- cheering as she succeeded in angering him, giggling as she ran away from the angry cub, a flash of black and white as they ran around, Eris tailing Adria. Blair | Sunbaked She nodded, a look of relief on her face- she admitted, it had become tiring having to watch the cubs on such high alert, fearing the moment Coy Fish might walk in, or perhaps anyone of royal status. Her ears dropped upon seeing the malnourished cub, saddened at the sight. “ Are they one of the cubs you went to help? ,” she inquires, although already knowing the answer, she patiently awaited the response, tilting her head upon asking her question. 0 players like this post! I really don't have a reason to trust you.. And, jeez.. if my pa found out? I don't think he'd take it well." He mumbles towards her. slowly shifting into a loaf position and curling his thick tail around his now compacted form. He keeps his eyes focused down- not wanting to even consider it. " Besides.
