you can try other items such as Lion Meat and GMO cow. As far as I know, the lion's scrotum doesn't work for g1 leopons!
CRB -> a little chance to get a mut.
Lion Meat -> a greater chance than the CRB of getting a mutie
GMO cow: High chance to get a Muttie.

But Lion Meat and GMO arent cheap like CRB. But u can get a Lion Meat without pay , on this month in this event, and the gmo cow on the event of october.
The PROBLEM w CRB is that, you impregnate the lioness, and then give her the CRB. CRB causes a lioness to have a miscarriage and kills the cubs she had. After 3 days you will be able to get her pregnant again and she will have a greater chance of having a muttie.
