First of all, you should credit Miakoda in your CSS, it's not really respectful to take someone's CSS without crediting them :)

To upload the CSS into your den, you must c/c it like that :

It should work better. As it is not my CSS, I can't really say what's wrong or not since I don't use the same codes. First, I'd say that the first four codes might encounter some problem. One of the thing you could do to fix all that is using Katie's CSS, as they cleaned everything up and have a guide all along. It's the easiest to be able to make your own CSS with an already made base!
