Ok, don't ask me, but sweet themed base idea was haunting me for a long time.
"Jaggery" is brown sugar, produced from sugar canes in the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and Africa. It's color varies from golden brown to dark brown.

Fight me if this base doesn't pass for NCL Exclusive, but it could be also BO rare base or something :V
