The winner will receive the Full PSD file, all linearts, and ALL RIGHTS TO THE SPECIES AND BASE. Which means, once you win - its completely yours to do whatever you want with! I have no rules aside from just Crediting me for making the lineart. Other than that, You can do whatever you want with it.
