Hello! I'm just getting back into lioden, and I currently Am Not Knowledgable on most things. I was wondering which male below I should keep? I also don't know how to use html coding so please bear with me! This is my breakdown below. I would appreciate any pointers on how to value a lion (guides are a bit confusing right now). What makes them rare or "valuable"? Are there bits and pieces of these lions that make them valuable? Do other traits of theirs overshadow those values and lower the price? First up is Genesis: https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794111578333 > Dun is a common base that comes from a base changer > White skin is common > Starshine eyes are a July-event eye > Katanga is a common mane that comes from a mane changer or breeding > Unholy mane color is an applicator-only event color > Onyx lace marking is from a 1000SB applicator from Carrion shop (tier 3, 5, or 6?) > Onyx ridge marking is a February event marking (tier 3) > Onyx blotches marking is a September event marking (tier 3) > Onyx panther marking is a raffle marking (tier 2) with 64,000 other lions having this marking in slot 8 (according to the wiki) > 2 instances of inbreeding > 216 stats Next is Plasph: https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794164076988 > Teardrop is a rare base that can only be obtained through breeding > White skin is a wild color that can be found on rolled kings and NCLs > Fog eyes are only found through breeding or applicator > Normal mane is common can be rolled, found on NCL, or applied > Cream lighter mane color is common, can be rolled, found on NCL, or applied > White ear spots is an applicator only (?) marking (tier 1) > White wavelet is an applicator only (?) marking (tier 1) > White hair band is an applicator only (?) marking (tier 1) > White ticked is an applicator only (?) marking (tier 1) > White cockled unders is an applicator only (?) marking (tier 1) > 38 stats > no inbreeding > G2 ---- Summary: I think they are special in their own ways. Genesis seems to be the more worthwhile one to keep, but please let me know what you think! And what they each may sell for! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hi, this is my opinion, do take it with a grain of salt! From my experience, males don't go for the best price as they cannot be bred and therefore cannot be profited from (unless heir material), so they're less valued compared to females. Genesis: Physical appearance wise, he's not the best looking. Onyx Panther's the only BO mark he has. As a male, he doesn't have the best stat. He's dun based which is a combo base. Even so, Dun is a extremely common base and there's plenty on the TC with low fodder price. He does have Quad Onyx so if he's still sex changeable, he could act as someone's breeding project. I'd personally price him no more than 500SB. Plasph: Assuming this boy is still sex changeable, he could be pretty valuable in this current time. Due to the new Hexaplex base dropping very recently and teardrop being one of its combo bases, teardrops at this current time is very sought out for. Usually, they'd go for a few hundred SB but now they're worth 1GB+ (until after the hype dies of course). Marking wise, its all Tier 1 markings, even though he has penta white markings. He could be someone's breeding project, but overall, his markings aren't too much. He also have low stats which isn't desirable. He's G2, meaning he's super clean. He'll be a favorite for clean breeders. If you sex change him, then he'd be worth at least 1GB so overall, I would personally price him at around 7GB. Once the hype dies down for Hexaplex base, naturally, his worth will also go down. So if you plan on selling him, right now is the perfect time to sell him. 0 players like this post! Like? |
