Does anyone know how to make a discord bot?

It is about counting messages from the start to the end. If you want the 50th message, you can use the bot to get the 50th message. You can start the bot and end/restart it it. Though it will have to follow my rules such as if you post multiple times/lines without a user posting in between, it counts as 1 message. There are more rules which I will go into more detail in PMs.
