For new players check out my help forum here 1. Main lion level & stats So as many probably have found out by now, your main male gets EXP from explore during certain scenarios and from battles. EXP can also be gained by using items as well as stat items as seen in this list. Stats are used in battle to choose who will go first or hit harder in combat but also in determining who would win when challenging another player. Personally, I find my matches in search who is within my level and stat range. 2. Newly Claimed Lionesses (NCL) and Impression The main way to grow your pride is to claim lionesses found in explore. Each successful claim gives you IMP points levelling your IMP for an easier time claiming lionesses. When you level up your IMP you also gain stat increases so claiming NCLS, even when you won't keep em, can aid in your IMP levelling for stats. Once you reach your max IMP you'll be a Dreamboat, from there you can try to impress a special lioness whom may have raffle only bases and markings. IMP can also be raised using dove feasts, made by speckled pigeons in crafting during February. Note: You can also claim lionesses, and males, during certain monthly events. 3. Breeding, Cubs and Training The main idea of Lioden is to breed cubs that fit your goals be it high stats, mutations, or markings, and not having a goal is fine too! Cubs are born , obviously, to females who were in heat. Heat lasts four days and after each breeding she is able to have cubs again after 20 months (20 days). If you want to have more cubs out of a lioness giving an aging stone to a female will set her heat as soon as she turns 2 years old or giving a lioness a zebra heart to instantly put her into heat (unless she's on a cooldown), and using instant cub birth feathers bought in the Oasis. Lionesses will stop being able to breed at year 13-14, so make sure to breed her right. Cubs are born with random markings from both parents and have a base made by mixing their pelts, seeing what bases can be bred can be calculated at the bottom of this page. The opacity of the markings range from what the parents have, ex: mother has marking x at 60% and father has marking x at 20%, the cub's opacity will range from 20-60%. Random mutations can occur, more will be touched on in the next part. Cubs can start to be trained as soon as they hit five months at the training grounds and once in adolescence females can participate in hunts and males can start patrolling. 3. Mutations There's a lot of mutations in Lioden, so much it's better to just take a quick glance at this guide. There's 6 categories that I consider. 1. Patches and Piebalds, they are cosmetic mutation that causes patches of black or white over your lion's body and besides that they have no further effects; can also be passed down to cubs. 2. Primals, primals come in 4 forms: the basic primal, ferus, felis, and simlus (and can maybe consider primal fangs which aren't true primals); primal mutation can be passed down to their cubs. 3. Hybrids, there's only two hybrids of now (08,05,22), the tigon and leopon. Both are extremely rare chances of occurring for first gens, after that they have a higher chance of getting by their cubs. 4. Lethal mutations, as it suggests it's a deadly mutation that causes the death of young cubs. These cubs often sell for quite a bit when frozen (won't age or die). 5. Manes, females can be born with a mutation that will only show up in adulthood as manes. There's many types of manes based on male mane types. 6. Other, these mutation are rarely anything that effects the game besides not being able to be kinged or hunt like clawless or teethless lions. They're cosmetic and are the most common types of mutation. 4. Food and Toys Everyday lioness' hunger go down by 20% and only reach leaving point at 60%, luckily there's food to feed them. Each food item fills different amounts of hunger, this food guide can be important to knowing how much you need to feed your lions but also how much each food item sells for at the TC. Depending on your personality and that of the lioness, their happiness will go down a certain amount. Playing, tussling, or grooming will increase their mood, as well as giving them toys. Make sure to keep your lions happy otherwise they will leave! 5. Kings and heirs Typically you can retire your king at 10 years old but if you want a new king cause you do don't like your old one, you can spend 10GB to retire him. From your sub males you'll be able to pick which one will take the old leader's place. If you like your old king's appearance you can actually transfer his looks onto the new king! If you have any more questions send me a dm so I can answer them! If there's enough common questions I'll add them to this forum. 1 player likes this post! Like? |
