By commissioning me, you are hereby stating that you have read and agreed to these terms. This ToS may be subject to change at any time without notice.
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, specially if it goes against my terms.
- I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes. > Additionally, you may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency.
- You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) just as long as it isn't for commercial use or you claim you created the artwork.
- You may NOT alter, trace or re-use any part of my artwork in any way, shape or form.
- Payment must be made upfront in Full.
- Refunds given based on how much work is done (Discussed with the costumer at hand).
- You are free to request updates, as well as see the process of the artwork at any time, just keep in mind I may not be able to respond 24/7.
- Artwork can take as much as 3 weeks to be completed, but can be delivered sooner depending on my schedule.
