Hi hi I get bored sometimes to I made this base mock-up for funsisies and also I was like I feel like the tons of NCL bases could use a little more love and maybe making them combo base factors could give ppl more reasons to collect them? Perhaps there could even be a new "rare" tier of combo bases (as in a drop in rarity from special specifically for NCL combos or whatevs). Anyways..
