I'm not just any plant lover...

I am a CACTI lover!!

Mainly cacti, but I also dabble in succulents and aloe Vera.

My shrubs outside are nice, with annual peonies. :D

I have two cacti that I have been growing since I was 6ish, 7ish. (Am old now)!

I named them XD, Barbara and Jeremy! :)

Yeah, people usually say they are super easy, but they can sometimes be difficult to keep alive. Especially when those waves come through, or if you vacation alot.

Also, mine keeps growing babies!

Omg yes! I let them thirst to death sadly. 😔

I have a few right now, one is quite large and has a lot of new growth and I haven’t done anything to it, but water it once in 3 weeks! 😆

I think another reason they didn’t work for me in the past is because I cared/worried too much about them and overwatered some. Like I had a whole farm going with them, propagating them from clippings, and they were growing new plants and roots. Then depression happened. :/

Growing babies is always a great sign of a very healthy plant, so well done! I’d love to see picture of your collection!!! 🥺🥺🥺

I got Jenny on Tuesday of this week! She was clipped from the mother root tab Tuesday, I let her callous for an house or two, then planted her and gave her a nice drink of fish poop water(aka water from my aquarium)! 😆
