Name: Cassia

Species: Mutated lioness.

Appearance: A bright, pure white lioness, with foggy white eyes- appearing to be blind, which causes her bad eyesight. She seems to glow in the dark, and glisten in the moonlight. She wears the veil of snowfall, and ammonite charms / chains, because of her glow, she is usually seen surrounded by moths in the dark, which are welcomed by her by all means. Lastly, she has scars around her eyes and neck, along with a few scattered about her body, which she hides with her veil, always wearing if no matter the weather.

A few likes: Honest, forthcoming people. Due to her near blindness, she has learned to be dependent on other people- so she prefers people who can be truthful and those who have true integrity. As well, she likes romanticizing things- especially nature, coming up with ideas of how things truly look based off of what she hears and feels, usually making things seem much more beautiful then they truly are. She likes stories, fantasy, romance, fables, anything with a good ending.

A few dislikes: Lies- anything other then the truth, even if it is for the greater good. As well, anything surrounding the gods, as she has religious trauma, and tends to stray away from priests and altars for deities and gods, although is still welcoming to those who believe, she just distances herself from anything relating to it. What she seems to hate the most though- is the actual world. She has become so caught up in her own reality, when, ( despite only wanting to hear the truth ), she is hit with the cold reality of the world, she seems to refuse it, trying to stay in her romanticized, fantasy world.

A fear of hers: Anything relating to the gods or deities, as well, being touched without her consent, she hates others seeing her scars, or anybody seeing her show any emotions, anyone seeing her “ bare “, showing how she feels, and showing her body to others. She especially fears any kind of contact with male lions, it taking a long time for her to feel comfortable around them.

Other info:

- Lives in a Pride with only lionesses, only two boy cubs, and one adult lion who runs the pride. This pride is known for their riches and beauty, along with the natural beauty surrounding it. White lilies are especially common along the pride’s borders, and the pride’s well kept gardens.

Her backstory:

Being raised by a very “ religious “ pride, she was “ trained “ to believe in the gods and deities- completely relaying on them. Her mother would spend her time trying to keep her from being “ trained “ or having to be “ punished “ by the pride whenever Cassia did something deemed wrong on the pride’s king’s eyes. After a year of abuse and trauma, she was clawed at her eyes, making her near blind. This is when her mother finally had enough, running away from the pride with her, then cub, to somewhere more remote and safe. However- the mother wasn’t prepared for the “ real “ world, not being able to survive long enough to adjust to it. As her mother died, and Cassia reached near death, she was rescued by a pack of lionesses, taking the cub into their arms.

- She is especially close with certain types of animals and insects, anything besides lions, she can be close with- especially moths, butterflies, and small animals. When it comes to larger animals, however- she finds herself being unable to properly keep and make friendships with them.

The Dew Lilies pride

The few lilies pride is a pride whom welcomes and homes many lionesses, housing only very few lions and males, here all come to be healed and for comfort. It is a very quiet, well-secured pride, having never been in war, or having any conflict. The natural beauty is filled with many flowers and vast grasslands, the occasional tree. Dens are made out of dug out hills and cubs are watched over in the “ mother “ tree, the largest tree which sits atop a small hill, it’s shadows casting down for miles. It is very well-kept and beautiful, flowers growing upon it leaves, as well as fruits.

A mile or so away from this tree lays the garden, where the den mothers reside, along with the gardens, jobless, and nurses / healers. Lilies of all kinds and colors sprout along ten path to the head healer’s den, as well as the head brood mother’s. Each den is decorated differently- according to the lioness it is home to. For example, Cassia’s is filled with white, snow-like veils strung up around the smooth walls of her dens, soft, plush moss growing on the ground and a snow leopard’s pelt welcoming her to her nest made out of blue bird feathers and flower petals, rearranged and kept near by the personnel of the king and his partner.

A long, ever-flowing river cuts the pride in half, a wooden, sturdy bridge built over it, a picture of the popular “ princess “ tale carved into it’s wooden bars- looking to be carved in a similar way to the traditional Japanese painting style, the “ Kanou “ style. This river is said to be as old as time, and where the past princes of the fairytale met with her lover. This fairy tail holds some truth- as it is based off of one of the first pride’s princess’s, Miyoko’s, tragic and deadly love story.

The pride’s hierarchy / earnings go as so- ( cubs / adols excluded, as they are to young to be beneficial to the pride. )

Significant | Key points of the pride:

Flowers are looked upon in this pride- especially Sakura, lilies, and bell flowers- decorating the pride’s floors and dens. The king is usually seen wearing such flowers and feminine clothing.

Nature is important to this pride- along with fruits.

The only male cubs, adols, or lions found in this pride are royalty. For some reason, the lionesses are yet to give birth to any male- although many have prepped for this. Because of this, any lionesses giving birth to males are treated with the upmost respect and kindness, their cub given the best of their childhood as the pride can possibly make possible.

Miyoko’s story / fairy tale - Titled, “ A rotten peach. “

Long ago, the youthful, beautiful princess Miyoko laid next to her mate, the soon-to-be prince. The princess was kind, loving- forgiving. Everything her vain sister wished to be. Oh- how much her sister envied Miyoko! When Miyoko gave away, her sister took, when Miyoko cried, her sister laughed- and when Miyoko remained beautiful and youthful, her princess turned old and ugly. Her sister hated the kind princess, coming up with a sickly plan. Upon the day of Miyoko’s wedding, she was gifted a peach said to be plucked by her vain sister. The naive princess took a bite, dancing with her lover as her sister cackled behind their backs. The rotten peach was poisoned- oh, what a sad fate awaited the young princess! The prince lost his princess- the king his daughter, the pride their kind leader, and the sister gained the title she always wished for. The poor princess’s ghost now sits atop a hill, awaiting for someone to set her ghost free from the peach tree she is forced to live upon, weeping and crying her beauty and youth away, said to haunt new couples upon their weddings. If you are ever gifted a peach upon your wedding, beware of a trap.

Thalia used to live on a nature reserve with her mother and twin sister, when a small king teamed up with poachers killed her mother, her sister, and most of her family. The few that were left of her group left to join others, leaving her orphaned. Luckily she was just old enough to know that the floor, and sometimes the ceiling was food.
She wandered the fields until one day she met HellStorm, who she imprinted on, fully believing that the large lion was her older sister, she is allowed to live on the pride's territory all her life.

Appearance: First most noticable trait of Miyu is that he is a big lion, he's the size of the common primal lion. He's very attractive specimen with his primal-like big strong front paws and much slimmer frame of regular lion with the added extra of very fluffy fur.
When he was younger he was called Sun-Eyed due to his unusually bright golden eyes, additionally he has dark fur fading into gold on his hindquarters and visible dorsal line disappearing in his black mane and appearing again on his forehead.
Miyu prefers wearing simple, feathery ornaments or none at all, however he doesn't divide them into gendered categories, if it's pretty and fits in his style, then he'll wear it.

Due to Miyu having large primal-like front paws and just being large in size, he can be a difficult opponent, his lack of other primal traits grant him more agility and fluidity in movement than his counterparts with this mutation.

backstory: Miyu was born in medium-sized pride ruled by smilus with golden fur who apparently was his father. The name of the smilus was Titan (NPC), his name was accurate as he was probably one of the largest lions with this mutation and due to his heartless personality, he was one of the worst lions you could’ve met. Titan had taken his pride by force, brutally murdering the previous king and killing all of his offspings, but when Miyu was born, he was no longer young and desperately tried for a “worthy heir”, who had inherit his mutation.
Miyu was as he called him a “failed primal”, larger in size with stronger and bigger front paws, but that was it… he didn’t have any other characteristic traits of a primal, even his claws and fangs were “normal” to Titan’s disappointment.
He grew up in harsh conditions, as Titan didn’t bother about safety of his cubs, they were often found injured or found as lunch for hyena’s which had their own den somewhere in their territory. Just before Miyu reached adolescence, Titan attempted to drown him in the nearby lake for some minor inconvenience, he survived because his mother inverned in time, like Titan she didn’t love him, but she didn’t wish him harm, giving him a chance to run away before the smilus tries something like that again.
That’s how rouge life found him, barely an adolescent, alone, since then he survived on his own, rarely meeting other rouge lions, most too intimidated by his sheer size to fight him.

Nadira is a leopon, while Jamani is a leopard.
Appearance:

Nadira is an adolescent leopon and stands at around 12in, whilst Jamani is around at least ~15in (these are both just guesstimates and are probably not totally accurate).

Both of the two weigh around ~75-80lbs (again, another guesstimate), although Jamani is a bit heavier due to his bulky framework and width.
Nadira is a slender little gal, with very scarce muscle toning and a narrow face. She has high cheekbones, and small, almond-shaped eyes. Her irises are the colour of zoisite.

Because of the several decors covering her appearance, I decided to provide a better image of what it looked like.

Nadira has the fur color of a soft berry wine, with many other markings that contrast quite well with their base and a soft, quartz-pink nose. They've also been seen wearing gorgeous pearl raindrop jewelry from time to time.

And, of course, Jamani is just your average leopard with a typical "leopard" look. He has a set of two malachite sunbird feathers clipped to the side of his left ear.
Personality
Both Nadira and Jamani are courageous, and adventurous young souls who can sometimes be too curious for their own good. Nadira likes to boss Jamani around a lot, while Jamani tends to ignore her bossiness.

Nadira, of course, despite being a courageous little kitty, they can be very sassy (as well as bossy) and stuck-up at times, but still have a good heart.. Jamani is just a very laid back, (not lazy just very down-to-earth) placid leopard who can be scared very easily.. despite being a calm little fellow.

TW ABUSE
Backstory: When Astro was born, his parents and pride mates knew he was different. His father wanted to keep up appearances for the pride, no one was supposed to be different. That meant no crazy colors and no mutations. Astro had both. Everyone was supposed to be cool and collected at all times, or risk punishment. Astro wanted to run and swim and climb, but his father wouldn’t allow it.

Astro was just 5 months old when he was punished for the last time, normally his father would reprimand and beat him, but this was different. Astro was triying to catch butterflies when his dad caught him. He dragged Astro to a small dark cave in hyena territory. Astro’s father threw him in the cave and rolled a boulder in front of it, he was going to be trapped there all night and all he could do was tremble and cry. As it grew dark, he heard them. The hyenas. He heard their terrible laughs all night. Astro was so scared he wanted to cry and scream, but he risked the Hyenas finding him. So he sat there, all night, silently crying until he fell asleep. By the time he woke up, the boulder had not moved. There was a sliver of light in the cave, so he knew it was morning. He wished and wished his father would come, he was so hungry and thirsty. He was stuck there another night. He didn’t even care if the hyenas could hear him, he wailed and wailed hoping that someone could hear and and would save him.

By the next morning, he heard something outside the cave. It sounded like feet, it was too light to be his fathers but he didn’t care who it was, he wanted out. He cried and clawed at the boulder in front of the cave. He saw the boulder move and he bolted out, it was humans who had saved him! He nuzzled their legs for a few seconds and then ran off. He wasn’t going back to his pride, he ran and ran until he found an oasis. He saw lions roaming, most of them had cool colors and mutations just like him! He found a place he could call home, BloodClan. He grew up and before he knew it, he was running with the herds and climbing with the leopards. He never forgave his father for what he did, but that didn’t matter, he had found home.

Backstory:Zap had highly abusive parents who hated him, they made him do everything for them aswell such as hunt,get them water and herbs. Soon enough he was tired of it and he ran away and found himself at MoonPride, they took him in and took care of him. One day he decided to join a different Pride and found Bloodclan so he joined. He is still socially awkward around other lions and has trust issues.
