Buffalo Scrotums cannot make leopons, which are leopard/lion hybrids in the game. They do help in breeding leopons, if you are breeding from a leopon. First gen leopons and hybrids RARELY are born, but when breeding from them and other FEMALE hybrids they have a small chance per cub to pass the mutation down to the children. The Buffalo Scrotum can increase the amount of cubs in a litter, which increases chances of having a hybrid cub if you bred to a female hybrid.

Please note only female hybrids can pass their mutation :)

So you can use it by going into your hoard and clicking on the buffalo scrotum and have your main male eat it- which will apply the boon of only 3-4 cub litters to the next lioness you breed (this does mean for stud requests as well so be careful) or you can use it in stud requests, by just checking the buffalo scrotum box and sending the request as usual after that :)

A Leopon is a hybrid of both a lion and a leopard, they are very hard to breed and if you are trying to buy one it is also expensive, when using your buffalo scrotum it increases the chance of a mutations like a leopon to be born but it still can be a stretch without a mutation already in the breeding
