Starscape came to me in a dream a while ago, and now I bring it to you. This base would likely be a July base, but what do you think?

Considering either a combo base, or a raffle base

As a combo I've got several ideas with the base being a mix of at least two of the following: Interstellar, Sterling, Lionid, Celestial, Sidereal, Skyward, Glass, Moonstone, Labradorite, Opal, Festive, Demiurge, Heavenly, Ivory, Nacre, Dun

Combo criteria
July- Higher odds during the event after tier 2 opens in the shop. slightly higher still during the wet season
REst of the year-Breedable using any factors, Higher odds during dry season, except during events that require the dry, when odds are unaffected.

Raffle lioness route: Following in the paces of Sunset and them.

Might do a base app but... I feel it would be too common unless it went the way of Interstellar.
