Nancy, you're wrong, there are no mutations that can be "produced by goddess fertility"... hybrid males can only breed to goddess fertility but they CANNOT pass their mutation down, only female hybrids can pass their mutation, and it does not depend on fertility for females.

You are wrong indeed. Tigon males can only breed with goddess fertility females - that's their limit because they're hybrids. But male tigons cannot pass their mutation down.
Female tigons can pass their mutation with any fertility, its a separate chance. And random 1st gen tigon also may be born from any fertility, BUT goddess has the least chance of having a mutated cub.
