With the way things currently stand, after a successful battle, you get -10 energy. After a defeat, you get -5 energy.

I think it may make more sense to switch it around. After a defeat, we are described as "exhausted and close to death," so wouldn't it make sense to have us lose more energy after a defeat?

The risk of losing more energy after a defeat could make battles more impactful, without punishing victories.

My suggestion is switching the current standards:
Victories: -5 energy
Defeats: -10 energy.

Would that mean we'd only lose -2-3% energy from battles with May Personality Changer?
(Currently it's down to -7% instead of -10%)

I ... feel like this makes sense, but also I would get sooo much more out of every energy bar it may affect game balance in a weird way ?

Like what SiRah says, I think it boils down to balance vs realism. For battle-heavy events like October it would punish newer players that struggle to win battles as well as players without a healthy supply of Lucky Feet

That said, I support because I hate -10 energy
