Inbreeding has no effects in game, which is why many people do choose to breed related females to their kings regardless - because it's easy and free. If you prefer to avoid it then that's perfectly do-able, just a bit more hassle (and possibly expense).

You'd need to request outside studs for any females related to your king. You can use the search function (Crossroads > Search) to look for other players' kings that are available for stud with whatever traits you're interested in. You can filter by appearance, stats, stud fee, etc :)
