I recently had a cub born with Gilded Speckles and Ebony Okapi! Unfortunately, the Gilded Speckles are underneath the Okapi markings, and I'd pay to be able to switch them. I don't want to remove the Okapi markings, and even with opacity changing the speckles, they don't show through. An item sold in the Oasis that allows you to move a marking to an empty slot, or to swap two existing markings, would allow for more customizable lions! |

I think the reason this wasnt added is cause then markings would loose their value. Like hybrid markings can only ever be gotten in specific slots. I think this was brought up before (but im not sure)  0 players like this post! Like? |

No support from me as well~ Some markings, like hybrid unique ones or raffle lioness marks, are rare because of the slot they are in. If we were able to move markings to wherever, it would completely get rid of the rarity factor and make them just like any other marking. LD obviously values marking slot rarity as there is a whole wiki page about it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think the suggestion is still valid- with the caveat that the item would only be functional on certain Tiers, for example, Tiers 0, 1, and 3, where the player decides which marking slot they'd prefer when using the Applicator/Custom tool. This would preserve the rarity and challenge of breeding for Tiers 2, 4, 5 & 6 which I agree is an integral part of the game. So for example, I would be able to edit the location of GIlded Speckles, because it's a Tier 3, but not the location of Ebony Okapi, which is a Tier 6. 0 players like this post! The exclusion coding already exists in the RMA and Total Shuffles, where it will not apply hybrid/GE/referral markings, so it's definitely doable to have a slot adjustment tool that exlcudes certain Tiers. I also would like to note that I DID review the pinned Rejection thread and did not find this to be one of them, which is why I posted. 0 players like this post!
