Sorry, I think you may have paid too much - based on the fact that she's super dirty. I've never seen a middle-aged dirty dwarf sell for more than 30 or so GB, unless they have a special base.
I'd suggest trying to sell her - it's not worth using the buffy & lion balls on her to try to get dwarf babies from her (since the value of the buffy & lion balls will most likely be worth more than her future cubs). You could try selling her heats to try to make some of her money back - if you really wanted to.
Since she's got 18 days left of her cool down. I'd keep her trade like you have right now at 45 GB and in a few days(5-7 days) drop the price a bit if you don't get any bids, and keep doing that every couple of days until you get a bite.

I agree with Skeleton, you paid too much for her. She is cute yes! But. Man-A Dwarf at that price should’ve been around ag4 CLEAN dwarf haha
