its the same as any special base there is no higher or lower cause for bases specifically special bases they all produce at the same percentage

Mandarin and Kimanjano used to have lower (I think half?) pass rates compared to other Specials, though I can't confirm as to whether or not they changed that

For Kimanjano and Mandarin base the passrate is half the rate of normal passing bases, this stud did not have the leopon or tigon mutation. There weren't any breeding items involved, so it truly is quite lucky.
