save the image you want to be your avatar

go to this link https://www.simpleimageresizer.com/upload#

select the image you want to upload in the white bar

choose to resize by pix and put 150 in each box

click the resize button and download the link it shows

hold down on the image you’re given and choose the copy button

paste the link into the avatar bar on your den page and save
