The hyena scrot guarantees that a lioness no matter what will have atleast 1 mutated cub within her entire life
Stipulations
-no breeding items stack this
-it has normal odds of the different mutations no matter what the lion is so if you were to use it on a tigon you have the same chance of getting a tigon an NCL with this item does
-it has a 2 day account cool down so you can’t mass breed with it
Positives
-when you get the mutation form the lioness you may use another of these on her max of 3 times
-after used you may still use other breeding items after you get the mutation
- also if you use all 3 mutations before the end of her breeding cycle you gain a slight boost to the chance of mutation in her next litter

I believe this would give more of a purpose to ncls and honestly just be a safe backup and make non muties worth more on the breeding side
