Until the 25th when you can open all the bundles in your den, exploring is the only way to get StB. Assuming you have around uhh 300(?) bundles, assuming half of your bundles are poops, and assuming half the poops end up having a stink bug in them, you can probably get around 75-100 more that way. I don't know how many bundles you have that are poops of course, so that's just a guess.

Additionally, some people have Roasted Lambs and Red Bulls that they use to get double energy regeneration, so they'll be able to explore more.

Without having used any special items like that, I've gotten around 1100 average on either of my accounts, for a total of 2200. Though I did have a few levelups from my kings that are retiring soon, so a few extra energy bars there.
