So for inbreeding is there a way to breed it out or is it forever tainted? What is the point of keeping the lions clean that makes them so special? 0 players like this post! Like? |

No, once inbreeding is in the heritage it's permanent - you can always click back through generations and see it. Most 'clean' breeders take into account complete heritage, so for those players lions with inbreeding anywhere in their heritage can never produce clean descendents. There's no one right/wrong definition though, because 'clean/dirty' is not an official thing in game. A minority of these breeders do only consider the first page of heritage. For those people, it would be possible to just avoid inbreeding for enough generations for it to disappear off the first page, and they would then consider the offspring clean. Fundamentally there's absolutely no difference or disadvantage to inbreeding in the game. It has no effect on the lions at all. It's just personal preference to avoid it for some people these days. Similarly a lot of other people don't care in the slightest, so it's entirely up to you what you want to do :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

The only way to make an inbred lion clean is to chase them as adults, which gives a 50% chance of them showing up as an NCL or 50% chance of being deleted forever. Or if it's male you can king them and then heritage rep them later. Keeping lions clean is just a playstyle. You don't have to participate in it, but the value is higher because you can make a clean lion dirty but you can't make a dirty lion clean without possibly deleting them 0 players like this post! While there is no "in-game effect", I will say clean lions tend to sell for more than dirty ones. So it does effect the market often. 0 players like this post! Like? |

inbreeding isnt a bad thing, unless u are a clean breeder or pride, but it doesn't affect anything in your game or pride at all, many players don't care about clean or dirty 0 players like this post! Like? |
