INTRODUCTION

A shopkeeper greets you as you walk near the dusty, drafty storefront. You say hi quietly as you hold back a sneeze. He asks you what brings you here, and you respond that you want a pet.
He questions you, seeing what would fit you as a pet. He nods sharply as you finished answering one of his questions.
The shopkeeper is silent, leading you back into the store. You see pets lining the walls, from massive hawks to tiny, shivering jerboas. Your interest is piqued, but you follow the shopkeeper.
You didn't expect snakes, of all things.
You blink, questioning. The Shopkeeper decides to introduce you to each snake. You settle back as he picks one up and begins to speak.

Welcome to the Snake Shop! Basically, I draw snakes and put them here, and you give me money and leave with your snake! There's not really much to say!

All I ask is that you don't buy a Snake only to resell it! If after a few weeks or months you notice it's going unused and just collecting dust, sure, you can resell it. Only if you buy it and immediately put it up for sale the second I hand it over is it a bit iffy.
Other than that, they are your own!

Each Snake comes with a personality, and a few may come with a backstory or name or gender, but these are all changeable. The ones I give are just starters :D

THE SNAKES UP FOR ADOPTION

1. The Gray Snake



The Shopkeeper lifts this snake up with a politely uninterested look. The snake wriggled, shooting slightly bored looks at you as he focused on getting closer to the ground. "We call this one Gray. Prefers to be left alone, but he'll keep you company." The snake turned to entwine itself around the Shopkeeper's arm, it's tongue flicking in and out. He was pretty, you mused.

Price: 2 GB or 1800 SB, Will take items of equal value as payment.

2. The Fluffy Snake
This Snake has two mutations!
Mutation(s): Fluffy (Rare), Heterochromia (Uncommon)



Next pulled out was a.. Fluffy snake!? You gasped in awe, coming closer. You noticed how pretty it's eyes were, bright teal-blue mixed with yellow. The Shopkeeper passed the snake onto you, letting the noodle wrap itself around your paw with it's tongue flicking in and out. "This one is quite the oddity. We bought it from a traveling circus yesterday. It apparently knows tricks, but I haven't tested that out yet. We think she'll sell pretty quickly. A snake like this won't stay, not with how unique it is."

CUSTOM SNAKES

There are two types of Custom Snakes. One is the Vague Custom, the other is the Detailed Custom. A Vague Custom is where you only give a few details, like base color, eye color, any scars, etc, and let me have some reign with the design. Detailed Customs are where you describe everything and simply have me draw it.

You can order a custom by posting below, saying which kind of Custom you'd like plus details, and It should be done at most 2 days after you order. Most likely will be done that day or the day after, though.

Vague Custom: 4 GB or 3600 SB, will take items of equal value as payment
Detailed Custom: 6 GB 5400 SB, will take items of equal value as payment

BREEDING

There are two ways to do breeding. You can breed with two snakes you have or one snake, whether bought from here or not.

Two-Snake breeding will result in offspring being a mix of the parents with their own unique details. One-Snake breeding will be where I mix your snake with an unknown random one to get offspring.

To breed your snakes, it costs 400 SB.
A clutch of eggs can either include 1 egg to 4 eggs.

There are breeding items that can be used to help your snake's clutches of eggs.

Mediocre Breeding Items
1. Marigold Leaf; Increases the chances of mutated offspring by 20%. 400 SB
2. Crunchy Root; Boosts your snake's fertility. Increases the chances of a larger clutch of eggs by 20%. 400 SB

Good Breeding Items
1. Lizard Skin; Increases the chances of mutated offspring by 35%. 600 SB
2. Smoked Dandelion; Make your snake inhale burned Dandelion. Increases chances of mutated offspring by 50%, but decreases chances of a larger clutch of eggs by 20%. 600 SB

Amazing Breeding Items
1. Snake Blood; Cannibalism at its finest. Increases the chances of mutated offspring by 90%, but your snake will only have one egg. 900 SB or 1 GB
2. Chewy Root; Your snake is extremely fertile after eating this. Increases chances of a larger clutch of eggs by 90%. 900 SB or 1 GB
