Hello, So I was retiring my king, and saw This; "Mutations are not classed as an appearance feature here. Only the heir's mutation status is counted, no matter what appearance you pick. If your heir has no mutation it will override your previous male's mutation. Additionally, any Pose set on your king will not persist through to the new King." I don't really understand if it's saying that my newly chosen heirs mutation is going to no longer be applied if I make it my king. I found the wording confusing as well, but basically it's saying that if you chose to keep your current kings looks on your heir, then ONLY the looks (base, markings, eyes, skin, mane) is gonna stay. That means heritage, stats and mutation is gonna change to your heirs. So if the heir you've chosen has the Similus mutation, is a G1 and has 1234 stats, then he's still gonna have it when you king him - even if you chose to keep your kings looks. Hope that makes sense :) Short answer: The mutation depends on the lion you replace your king with. If the lion has a mutation, then it'll still have it after Kinging (Don't think thats a word lmao) it. What Lioden is trying to warn you of, is that if your current king had a mutation, then he wouldn't keep it once you've replaced him. Even if you chose to go with his looks. 1 player likes this post!
