i REALLY like combos that have common factors, like stuff you could potentially get from an ncl. i think they're really neat and are an easy combo to go for for new players. someone in chat offhandedly mentioned the sunshine base and i had this whole idea

I didn't actually go into this with Heavenly in mind for the other factor, and i'm open to other suggestions on factors, but when I was scrolling through the bases list to make sure it was different from all of them I noticed they were a little similar and the name works really well, so it was a happy accident!
