Hi and thanks for offering your help! right now id just like to know how markings work and why are they so valuable, i still havent been able to understand them

As for lions i dont really need any since my territory is full, but if you want to dispose of any cubs im willing to take any, specially if theyre black and/or inbred! (the more instances of inbreeding the better, ik it sounds kinda weird)

There's a lot of different marking values, some are more common than others. People like rosettes since they're hard to pass and rare, I'm not sure what other markings are worth, maybe you can go into help chat to ask!

I'd suggest checking out the wiki if you haven't already! It's quite a lot of information but very well presented and easy to digest.
In terms of markings, the most valuable and sought-after are Tier 2 (Breed-Only). Most other markings can be applied in some way, while these ones have to be bred from generation to generation. They can be very tedious to work with, especially if you want many of them on a single lion.
Breed-only manes and bases work the same. Breed-only bases also include Combos which have more specific requirements, you can find all about them here!

Of course this is just surface level - there are very popular breed-only markings and there are very rare applicator markings as well. It's hard to give a very definitive answer because of how much variety there is!
I'd suggest browsing the markings page, seeing what you like and checking out how much the lions with that trait are worth in the trading centre!
Since you don't mind inbreeding you'll probably have an easier time find something cheap - "dirty" lions don't sell for as much as clean lions do.

At the end of the day there's a balance between what you like, and what is valuable. You don't want to force yourself into a breeding project that you find ugly just because it'd be worth a lot. Try things out, see what works for you and most importantly enjoy the game :)

Thanks for the links, im finding them to be very useful! And yeah I agree with the last part, in the end finding the lions you breed to be pretty is kind of the goal of the game, doesnt matter if they aren't found to be 'valuable' by other players
