Additionally, the easiest way to earn beetles on this game is to participate in events, and hunt. You can get exclusive items through the events (generally applicators and breeding items sell well), and hunting will get carcasses that you can sell to other players or the Monkey Business shop for SB. Hunting is less lucrative in January, however, because everyone can get free food at the Food Pit through the event. It's better to claim lionesses and sell them when they're in heat during this month, because many players are mass-breeding them for a chance at mutations.
